Philip is active as a programme note writer for a variety of orchestras and ensembles. Recent work includes notes for Lang Lang and the Leeds International Piano Competition, Bryn Terfel, Angela Gheorghiu, Ronaldo Villazon and Joseph Calleja as part of Raymond Gubbay’s Opera Stars Season.
